Wide experience in creating and managing restaurants is the nourishing humus where all the food and beverage knowledge comes from adding more than 20 years of the production process – following many different factories – brought me on a stage where the balance between the two different environments marry and become the fruitful tree where anybody can feed his needs. Maybe also considered professionally expressible added value my being substantially vegetarian and holder of in-depth knowledge in the vegan/vegetarian world and having a clear awareness of Halal and Kosher food. I will be happy to assist companies in finding a local partner in Italy and vice-versa.
