Israfood is the main & most important trade event for the food and beverage industry in Israel. This exhibition is the main platform and encounters between manufacturers & importers, and representatives of the institutional, professional, and retail chains sectors as well as the private sector.
Israfood 2023ย will be held within the โIsraeli Food & Hospitality Weekโ events, and Concurrently with:
Hotex, for equipment, services & technologies for the Hospitality Industry, and the Retail, and Institutional Sectors.
Kitex, for institutional kitchens and restaurants Equipment.
Bake & Cake, for Equipment, services & technologies for the Hospitality Industry, the Retail, and Institutional Sectors.

The service includes:
1. A display in an area of 1 meter by 2 meters including branding of the exhibiting company, displaying the products on shelves, and space for catalogs and marketing materials.
2. A tablet for a digital display of the products, the branding, and the possibility of direct video calls of the visitors with the representative of the exhibiting company.
3. A professional team of three people who will be present on-site for the three days of the exhibition and will be responsible for operating the booth and presenting the products to visitors.
4. Sending an invitation to visit the booth to relevant buyers, before the exhibition.
5. Professional and in-depth learning of all the products presented so that we can answer most of the questions ourselves.
6. Collecting data of the interested visitors, including contact details and the products they were interested in, and transferring the information to the exhibiting company.
The service does not include:
Payment for shipping, customs clearance, and transportation of the samples and marketing materials to the exhibition. However, assistance will be provided in managing the process itself with the local authorities.
The cost for the service:
$3,500 for payment received by the end of March 2023
$4,500 for payment received by the end of April 2023
$5,500 for payment received by the end of June 2023 (deadline for participation)
Additional service:
Follow-up
1. Coordination of physical meetings with relevant buyers who expressed interest during the visit to the pavilion and with other potential buyers (subject to the level of interest).
2. Arriving at meetings with the buyers in combination with the product samples and/or marketing materials in order to continue the conversation and promote it to close the deal.
3. Accompanying and promoting the transaction with the owners, together with the represented company, including the transfer of price offers, technical materials, attendance at additional meetings if necessary, etc.
4. Forwarding detailed status reports regarding the meetings and the process to the represented company.
5. Coordination of physical visit days between the buyers and the represented company together with the WPN sales manager (according to demand and need)
The cost of the service:
$3,000 for three months of activity between the months of December 2023 and February 2024.
In addition, a commission of 3% will be collected from all transactions closed with the clients while continuing the professional and active support of the WPN team in expanding the business activities of the company presenting to them.
